Terms of payment

If you have demonstrably sufficient additional insurance for physiotherapy, payment will be made directly through your health insurer.
If this is not the case, you must pay per treatment (see rate details). Payment is made by invoice via email and can be done with IDeal.
 

1. These payment conditions are inextricably linked to the treatment agreement between you as a patient/client and the physiotherapist. ​

2. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not canceled or canceled too late will be charged. 

3. ​Payment for physiotherapy services is due within 28 days of the invoice date. After this period has expired, default occurs and the physiotherapist is free to take collection measures without further notice of default. In addition to the declaration, statutory interest will also be claimed. ​

4. All costs associated with the collection of invoiced amounts, including extrajudicial costs, will be borne by the patient/client.
