FAQ
-
Are my treatments reimbursed by the health insurer? You need additional insurance for physiotherapy. Our practice has contracts with ALL health insurers. If you have a chronic indication, the treatment may be reimbursed from the basic package. More information.
-
Do you also treat at home?Yes, we do that too. This is possible, for example, if you have recently had surgery or are permanently disabled. A referral letter from a doctor is necessary for this.
-
Can I cancel my appointment and are there any costs involved? You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For more information see rates (at the bottom of the page).
-
How much does a treatment cost for you?If you do not have additional insurance and do not have a chronic indication, you must pay yourself. You can find our rates here.
-
Will I be treated immediately during the first consultation? The first appointment always lasts 45-50 minutes. This leaves room to start treatment after we have taken sufficient time to identify your complaint. The aim is to always leave room for treatment during the first appointment.
-
How long does a treatment take?A treatment takes 30 minutes.
-
What days are you open? From Monday to Friday. On Mondays and Thursdays in the evening.
-
Do I need a referral from my GP or specialist? It is not necessary to have a referral with us. The costs of treatment will then simply be reimbursed, provided you have a supplementary policy for physiotherapy. For some chronic conditions or after surgery, you need a referral from your GP or specialist. Call or get in touch for more info.
