Iona Strebel

Iona completed her training at the European School of Physiotherapy in 2019. Her mother tongue is English, she also speaks fluent French and Dutch. Iona soon delved into, among other things; breathwork (breathwork teacher), fall prevention training, visceral treatment techniques and foot problems.

 

As a therapist, she is interested in what is important to you. She takes the time to get to know you and works with you to create a treatment plan that is person-oriented. To achieve this, she has now mastered many different perspectives. She knows how to motivate people and get them excited about getting moving again.  Learn to regain confidence in your body and provide support and help.

Iona loves outdoor sports. Walking in nature or in the mountains of Switzerland, where she originally comes from. Swimming, running, cycling, yoga and cross-country skiing are her current favorites.
